Two cottage plans are available:
traditional, single-family homes or back-to-back, duplex-style garden homes. Cottages range in size from 1200 square feet to 1500 square feet and include:

• Two bedrooms and two bathrooms
• A patio or optional porch or sunroom
• All kitchens include electric range, refrigerator, microwave oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher
• Eat-in kitchen in the Weatherford; separate dining rooms in both cottages
• Window blinds
• Wall-to-wall carpeting or optional flooring
• Washer/dryer
• Master bedroom with a walk-in closet
• One- or two-car garages
• Personal emergency-alert system
• Pre-wired for cable TV, telephone and high-speed Internet access
