At The Clover Hill Memory Center residents receive 24-hour memory support from specially-trained RNs, LPNs and certified nursing assistants in a secure center designed for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Skilled professionals develop individualized care plans with family involvement in an interdisciplinary approach. Individual activities are based on each resident's level of cognitive, physical and behavioral skill. The Greater Richmond Alzheimer's Association provides monthly support group meetings each third Thursday of the month throughout the year.
